| Role synopsis ־ - To be responsible for developing industrial sales strategy and delivering the agreed performance by organizing, leading and supervising the LPG Industrial and Big Commercial Sales team in PRD area; - Lead PRD bottle logistic team to implement the business logistic integration strategy aiming at reducing the number of contractors, integrating cross assets logistic operation in PRD, reduce road transport related risks and improve the overall logistic service and cost efficiency. ־ To promote and improve customers’ HSE awareness and embedding of Company HSE policies and procedures to customers; ־ To achieve agreed annual sales volume and gross profit targets including bulk and bottle customers in accordance with China LPG and PRD sales strategies; ־ To implement pricing tool and manage the sales performance to achieve the right balance between pricing and volume growth; ־ To develop and keep track of the industrial sales team productivity by monitoring customer development and technical support; ־ To segment the market and implement improved/distinctive customer offers along the value chain in key geographic area to be able to lock in customers and grow our business base; ־ To take marketing initiatives in influencing the industry and the market to better serve our customers while pursuing profitability; to be actively involved in implementing the marketing offer while be able to tailor it to the market and competition environment; ־ To manage the marketing intelligence activities and have a thorough understanding and feeling on market movement, competitors’ activities on a daily basis and be able to capture market opportunities when they pop up; ־ To analyze sales and marketing trends and gain a better understanding of business performance and enable corrective actions to be implemented; ־ To implement credit control policies and ensure effective collections and credit management of customers; ־ Secure PRD integrated bottle and bulk logistics capacity, with the support of Procurement function, in order to support the business growth agenda; ־ Manage bottle and bulk trucking / delivery system for PRD assets, and implement the best available and commercially attractive options while ensuring the continuous improvement on safety, increased assurance, ensure compliancy with legislation and company standard. Influence the contractors and work with filling plants to ensure standards being strictly adhered; ־ To develop good working relationship with other supporting teams such as supply team, filling plant, Finance and HSSE to ensure that all customers receive a professional and timely service; ־ To take a leading role in developing and maintaining relationship with all key industrial & commercial customers; ־ To provide leadership and management to the team, and motivate the team in achieving the business objectives and coaching to team for the job enhancement and career development; ־ Create performance culture in the team and support team members performance management and PDP; ־ Be accountable for department HR issues such as recruitment, reward & learning & development; ־ To be responsible for the budgeting process and managing the whole team. ־ Essential criteria & qualifications ־ University degree or above, economics/business related majors will be well regarded; ־ At least five to ten years working experience with growing sales through B2B platforms; ־ Strong business sense, good knowledge of Commodity business and oil & gas value chain preferred; ־ Good credential of leading a effective Sales team; ־ Effective communication and presentation skill; ־ Organizing, planning, budgeting and control skills; ־ Have basic financial skill; ־ Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence, motivate & develop others; ־ Effective leadership qualities which embrace change & challenge; ־ Self motivated and good team players; ־ Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
