| Turbomachinery - Site Fulfillment Center Material Expert Role Summary ־ Site Non Conformity Material Expert activity should be first focused to solve Customer issue with maximum efficiency and effectiveness, but also to perform an accurate Defect Analysis in order to feed all the related quality initiatives Responsibilities ־ The material expert is responsible for the analysis and resolution of Site Non Conformities, from the opening until the Material Resolution, related to the installation of new turbo machinery equipments in China and Central Asia. ־ In order to provide a quick support for Site NC resolution the Site NC Material Expert shall interact with the local buyers structure as well as the local technical team. ־ The work performed by Site NC Material Expert consists of the following main tasks: - Thorough defect analysis of each site NC, using all necessary tools to verify the root cause of the defect; at the end of the analysis, all the results should be accurately registered in the system; - Evaluate, if necessary with support of Engineering, Supplier Quality, Suppliers and Logistic the possible solutions, both technically and financially. - Manage the necessary cost approval process - Release the Purchase Order Requisition including the local ones to activate the local buyer structure ־ Site NC Material Expert is measured according to the following performance indicators: - Cycle time of resolution, which has to be in accordance with site fulfillment targets - Adherence to the NC resolution procedure and operating instruction - Develop enduring faithful Customer relationships. - Keep costs within the planned budget, through margin review and cost analysis trying to reduce the costs itself. Qualification: ־ BS Engineering, Mechanical/Electronic/Electrical preferred. ־ Min.3/5 years experience in management of quality and/or projects and/or materials and/or sites related to Oil & Gas applications ־ Fluent spoken/written Mandarin/English. ־ The ideal candidate has a Customer Centric behavior, is able to deal with complex Customers and meet specific requirements when needed. Strives for achieving the Project goals and Customer satisfaction. He/she has passion for the work "well done first time", intellectual rigor and professional discipline while running the Project. Team player, able to effectively communicate with his/her peers and supervisors. Has good influencing skills when dealing with Functions Desired Characteristics ־ Ideally the resource should have site experience developed in Oil & Gas plants and have a knowledge of ORACLE, EDM and IMAN.
