Business Function: Industry(Lighting, Power Distribution)

 

Job Description:

·  A two-year program consisting of three 8-month, cross-segment rotational assignments within the commercial function of a business;
·  Program participants strengthen their commercial, business and leadership skills by completing an intensive curriculum consisting of classroom training, online training and in-residence global symposiums;
·  International rotations available based on performance and availability. 
 
Requirements:
·  6 – 8 years working experience with 4-6 years experience in sales; or marketing,with at least 2 Years Experience in Mainland China;
·  Solid related industry experience and knowledge;
·  MBA-Concentration in Marketing is preferred;
·  Demonstrated strong leadership, communication & analytical skills;
·  Fluent in English & Mandarin;
·  Multinational company working experiences preferred;
·  Geographic mobility is required.

 

Working location:
We hope the candidate can have the working mobility in cities besides Shanghai, Beijing or Guangzhou.
