| Responsibilities 1. Partner with the hiring managers and Human Resources Managers of the company business to develop and execute strategic recruiting plans for sourcing qualified diverse candidates positions in a timely and cost effective manner; 2. Provide full recruiting service to the hiring managers including sourcing and screening candidates, interviewing and assessing candidates, completing job folder and applicant flow log, and offer negotiation, etc; 3. Develop effective communication channels to interact with the hiring managers to ensure they are up-to-date on recruiting activities/process; 4. Provide training for the hiring managers to ensure they are in compliance with all company policies and local (state and federal) laws pertaining to employment; 5. Participate or lead other recruiting or HR projects as needed. Qualifications 1. Bachelor degree in Human Resources & minimum 6 years relevant working experience; 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with people at all level of organization; 3. Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in fast-paced and constantly changing environment; 4. Excellent interview and assessment skills; 5. Strong customer service focus and great team player. |
