Essential Responsibilities - Provide IM leadership, strategic direction, and execution for Asia Zulu Oracle ERP, Business Intelligence, Finance and Sourcing, by closely partnering w/ business / IM leaders and managers across PW & ES businesses and in headquarters. - Act as a change agent for business processes and IM organization to enable the business growth and drive synergy/simplification across the region. Work as a partner with the businesses / functions to evaluate and improve the business processes through strategic comprehensive programs and tactical incremental improvements with value-added & cost effective solutions. Identify and drive innovation / breakthrough ideas and bring them into reality. - Prepare, present and review program plans, status reports, cost/benefit analyses, recommend funding / resources, and influence program leaders and business process owners for ERP, BI, Finance, Sourcing programs. - Develop, influence, and execute the IM strategy and comprehensive programs for new business initiatives such as business expansion and M&A by proactively engaging business partners. Strategically plan, mobilize, and execute Oracle ERP R12 implementation. - Responsible for team leadership activities including employee development, expertise growth, performance management and salary planning to attract, grow and retain talents. - Lead the support & maintenance and drive operation excellence of the $500MM revenue Asia Oracle ERP platform and define / execute the instance strategy, through Change Control Board, quarterly releases, and regular technical upgrade. Additionally, drive the operation excellence of BI, Finance, and Sourcing platforms. - Interface with Global Application Maintenance and Support (GAMS), Technology Services Group, Shared Services team, CoE, and external services providers to ensure SLA as needed to enable sustained operations and implement controls to ensure compliance and performance. - Coordinate internal and external communication, issue resolution, vendor relationships, implementation and testing plans, training plans, and successful transition to support and maintenance teams from ERP, BI, Finance, Sourcing project implementation team. - Ensure application monitoring, problems/incidents management and production scheduling processes to meet business requirements and expectations. - Work closely with internal/external service providers, business finance teams, and headquarters controller team to plan, communicate, track and control the financials of the ERP, BI, Finance, Sourcing related programs / platform. Proactively drive cost-out initiatives while meeting business essential needs. Qualifications/Requirements - Proven ability to work under pressure and challenging conditions, in a multilingual / global environment across continents and time zones. - 10+ years overall IT related working experience and 4+ years experience managing large scale Oracle ERP programs. - Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with deep understanding of IT value and strong abilities in relationship management. - Deep expertise and strong experience with both Oracle ERP implementation & operation and Business Intelligence. - Outstanding communications, interpersonal, influence and presentation skills. - Ability to work in a highly-matrixed environment and work closely with functional partners and global teams. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related technical field. - GB or better Six Sigma Certification is a plus. - Fluent in Chinese and English.
