Major Accountabilities
־ To manage an IOEM channel team of 3-4 KAMs;
־ To sell to and service all international OEM customers like Koito, Hella, Valeo, Stanley etc;
־ To achieve major targets (turnover, innovation sales, account share) and manage credit control;
־ To formulate and implement, after approval, Key Account development plan (incl. AOP, account
share, product portfolio, selling prices, innovation product penetration);
־ To liaison with each GKAMs and participate required meetings/telecoms;
־ To participate/assist annual GKA contract negotiation and implement global contracts;
־ To provide forecast (MTP) and cooperate with logistics to ensure supply to key accounts;
־ To understand customer needs and communicate information (product demand, new platform,
competition, etc.);
־ To organize seminar, training, innovation tour, customer visits at different levels;
־ To assist Marketing in new product launch and innovation promotion;
־ To coordinate relationship among dealers, set-makers and car-makers;
־ To coordinate with other sales channels to avoid possible conflicts;
־ To maintain/strengthen customer intimacy;
־ To contribute in the whole BUA team building and business management and MT member.
Person Requirement
־ Strong customer / market insight;
־ Good knowledge of (automotive) lighting products and the total automotive industry;
־ Proper training and experience in IKAM;
־ Good communication and presentation skills;
־ Good teamwork spirits;
־ Good negotiation skills;
־ High Chinese and English proficiency. Knowledge of Japanese is certainly a plus;
־ Computer literacy for Office programs and Lotus Notes, etc.
