־ Responsible for production schedule attainment, manufacturing engineering, quality,
warehousing and finished goods dispatch.
־ Contribute to the overall business strategy and translate this into the development and
implementation of the manufacturing strategy.

־ Assess all aspects of the operation to improve processes and skills to achieve constant levels of

Qualifications:
־ Ideally educated to degree level in an Engineering, Manufacturing or Logistics discipline
enhanced by relevant professional qualifications.
Experience required
־ A proven track record of achievement in the management of a manufacturing operation at a
senior level within a dynamic high-volume production environment.
־ Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and implemented modern manufacturing
techniques and methodologies.
־ Produced and implemented strategic manufacturing plans.
־ Management of large teams.
־ Excellent analytical abilities.
