Major Responsibilities:
The Finance Manager is responsible for continuingly improve the cost calculation system, and perform cost analysis and financial reporting to assist Operations Manager in decision-making. Overall focus on analyzing and reducing operation costs is a must.
Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
־ Determine and implement cost accounting practice, including systems, procedures, and methods;
־ Develop cost standards for materials and labor; physical inventories, inventory reserves and shrinkages, cost build-ups and budget process;
־ Structuring the standard costing system and variance analysis on different aspect;
־ Perform month-end cost accounting close;
־ Complete various cost or inventory reports required by corporate;
־ Lead or participate in cost analysis projects or other projects assigned by management;
־ Preparing other management reports required by corporate timely;
־ Responsible for company budget, forecast, and analysis of the variance against actual;
־ Revaluate the current business process to make improvement by formulating policies and procedure which comply with accounting standards;
־ Fixed asset management;
־ Support management on strategic planning and implementation.
Skills and Experience:
־ Bachelor degree, major in Accounting or similar relevant background;
־ Minimum 5 years working experience in finance area in manufacturing company with at least 3 years experience in managerial position;
־ Knowledge of cost accounting, accounting principles, budgets, general corporate accounting and auditing practices;
־ Proficiency skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
־ Effective written communications skills in both English and Chinese;
־ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Comfortable with working in a deadline oriented department. |
