| Responsibilities
־ Responsible for providing Contractual Service Agreement implementation & oversight for the CSA Leader, Customer retention, & satisfaction;
־ Own P&L responsibility for portion of CSA portfolio; deliver OP Plan commitments and drive growth;
־ Customer advocate, understand customer CTQs & implement site-specific initiatives to improve profitability for both Customer and Corporate;
־ Increase bonus achieved & mitigate liquidated damages;
־ Coach, Counsel and Manage a team of direct report CPMs;
־ Manage client/owner relations via site personnel;
־ Function as focal point for interaction with I&FS, I&RS, GEEPI, EE and all ES P&Ls to ensure timely outage service & parts delivery;
־ Serve as Project Manager for key events/outages as required;
־ Coordinate site interface with Prod Svc (support & warranty issues), vendor purchasing, affiliate workforce & business programs;
־ Drive Six Sigma concept, leveraging projects that drive customer cost savings & increase customer revenue;
־ Respond to all requests for contract data & clarification from the customer;
־ Work closely with CSA Leader in setting goals & objectives;
־ Develop staffing/pipeline, training needs & resource allocation;
־ Support site financial & contract reviews.
Requirements
־ BS degree in Engineering (or equivalent technical degree);
־ Minimum 5 years of power generation related experience;
־ Gas & Steam Turbine experience;
־ Demonstrated communication and organizational skills;
־ Strong business, financial and technical skills;
־ Demonstrated management and negotiation experience;
־ Prior profit & loss responsibility;
־ Total plant system equipment knowledge;
־ Proficiency with computer tools and programs.
Desired
־ Contractual Services experience;
־ Experience working with I&FS, I&RS, GEEPI and/or Product Service;
־ Project Management Skills.
