Responsibilities

־            To establish effective HR programs and processes which comply with the challenges of the business;

־            To drive the key HR processes in the business: strategic planning, staffing, organization capability development, performance management, talent management, reward and recognition, internal and external relations employee development and talent management (as defined in the HR Process Survey Tool);

־            To consult and coach business partners on organizational change management, employee issues and sustainability;

־            To start up and systemize employees’ management development program via talent identification, talent assessment, and talent development to make sure the high potentials are managed and developed for the sustainability of the organization in accordance with the corporate directives. Provide necessary follow up for the implementation of employee development plans;

־            To make annual training plan and competency development roadmap for the organization to ensure that training & learning opportunities provided to the employees are fully in line with organization maturity and employee self development. Contributes to the development and execution of the business strategy, driving organizational capability development and representing the people and organization dimension in the management team;

־            To Manage cost of all HR services provided to business within the set and agreed cost budgets and ensure that all HR services provided to the business meet the required customer demands;

־            To facilitate effective local employee/labor relations and manages local society impact;

־            To champion employee engagement, supporting growth and development of people in the business;

־            To plan and organize the policy deployment workshops in the organization to define the annual company strategies to meet the company business requirements both in the short and long run a TQM function;

־            To initiate and execute improvement team activities factory wide to realize annual company strategies and to improve the company processes and overall performance and to build up the improvement culture and competency in the organization;

־            To carry on BEST programs in the organization including PBE activities, PST initiatives, BBS monitoring to improve the processes and functions of the organization;

־            To manage the data required in the various systems and tools.

Reqiurements

־            Bechelor degree with major in HRM;

־            With more than 8 years working expereience;

־            Strong skill in full function of HRM;

־            Strong communication skill and influence power;

־            Expereience in working in a multinational environment and work with different culture people;
