Responsibilities:
־ The primary responsibility of this role is the improvement of processes in Asia Wind Field Service, Production Service & Warranty, Parts teams;
־ Work with Wind service leader for operation support and metrics developing;
־ Lead multiple projects (DMAIC, Lean or otherwise) to develop and drive the implementation of best practices and deliver measurable results within function teams;
־ Support organization efforts to aligned with big Y’s and ensure prioritization of projects selection and targets;
־ Develop QMS and basic quality in Wind Service teams;
־ Drive the Lean Six Sigma culture within the organization by training, coaching and mentor team members LSS project and tools& techniques implementation;
־ Align with global team, develop NPS in Wind Service team.

־ Excellent leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results;
־ Successful track record of achievement; change agent with ability to rapidly build strong credibility and influence in an organization;
־ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work effectively, influence and gain commitment with all organizational levels;
־ Self-starter, able to make progress with limited direction;
־ Bachelor degree or equivalent.
Desired:
־ Five+ years experience, Wind/Service experience preferred;
־ Knowledge of CAP and its application;
־ Three+ years experience working in a matrix environment;
־ Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (internal candidates only).
